The resort is fairly easy to get around, 5 minutes to the pool, we used the sax pool mostly, but there is no ramp there so had to get off my scooter to get near the pool, saying that the staff were very good. saying that our nice lady cleaner was fantastic. The air conditioner was very noisy all night, but was told nothing could be done about it. We had room 4389 which is a disabled room, loads of space for manouvering around, bathroom is huge and manageable, the only thing is that an extra grab rail in the shower and toilet, also a lowered sink would help. Firstly, let me give the good points about the hotel.
This was to be my last long haul holiday due my health what a disappointment.
