I rate this place 'Terrible' & it's consistent every time I go there & thought they would change for the better.but that's not the case and I have not been there since early October 2019 & I will never waste my money there ever again. Go to other nearby casinos if you must gamble. Bathrooms are dirty most of the time & very hard to find anybody cleaning those restrooms they have there. The clientele that goes there overall are rude, noisy, more abusive to the slot machines or change dispenser machines, dress sloppy & overall a nasty dirty place to go to. What is with this 'casino' anyways? They hate rewarding players with any decent wins or what? I have constantly lost money at this 'casino' every time I visited this place and that does not happen to me at other casinos near and far from this place. I had to make sure I got my full ticket value when redeeming my tickets all the time afterwards. I have been short-changed several times at their ticket redemption machines. They 'fix' their machines to make you lose. It's dirty inside, tiny smoke room, slot machines & change dispenser machines are not maintained very well & when the slot machines or change dispenser machines work.they generally rip you off of most or all of your money.
