“As a Boston native, I got my start and worked in the food and beverage industry in the area for years before moving to Las Vegas. “Seamark is not only an important expansion for Carver Road Hospitality but it’s also very personal for me,” Christie says. The venture is more than just business for Christie, who grew up in Framingham and has fond memories of summer vacations on Cape Cod – and the food he ate on those trips.

“A win for us is people coming back regularly and saying, ‘The food was great, and we had fun,'” he says. The goal is to create a destination for “affordable luxury,” where locals and resort guests alike can return again and again to explore to menu and enjoy the atmosphere, Christie says. Designed by award-winning architecture and design company, Rockwell Group, the restaurant will include an 82-seat main dining room, as well as an additional 140 seats in an alcove dining area, showcase bar and lounge, outdoor and corridor terraces, and a private dining room. The nautically inspired space will combine luxury with an approachable atmosphere. Sean Christie | Photograph by Monica Schipper
